    Heh! Today is the 7th but I am posting for the 6th.
    What to say about that. All I know is exercise.
    I am more than a little bit weird about that.

    I did 5 hill repeats. Care to guess what that totals up to?

    That is the "track' or the "Loop."

    There is some world class athletes goes there to train. I think they like the in between altitude there. I wish I could describe them. It is a ten kilometer loop. I guess that is 5 and an eights mile.

    Those hoseheads are doing laps on it. I count them as they go by. All I do is go up and down on the top leg of that thing.

    I see people that go there every day. At least they are there every time I ever go there.

    That is some intersectionality as they call it.

    I take some amount of pride in my 5 x 400. But those rascals are doing laps of 10k that has got that 400 in it.

    If they wasn't so scrawny, i'd call them hard bodies. These are the guys you are going to see in the finish list of the Boston marathon.

    Heh! They like to train here so they can race me as practice. How is that for a weird fantasy?

    No exercise apart from walking around at the Geek Fest the whole day and loading the car with all the display items at the end. Gave in to all the temptations and pizza for supper. Great weekend, but totally exhausted after it.
