    Yes x3 today. Almost an hour of brisk walking. Well under calories. Lots of water.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No I'm sure not. Ate in cafe's we don't even have close to where I live
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, wouldn't even know how to track some of what I ate.
    Tomorrow is another day & I will pull it together now that we are back home!
