    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and another hour walk. I can move up to 2.7 mph -- any faster, and my knee starts to hurt, which is frustrating. On the good side, it's better than it was last week.

    After a long plateau / slight rise mid-Oct the scale has moved back down again. Though yesterday and today I've also felt a bit more hungry so maybe that's related. We'll see. 8 days! :)

    Have to behave myself after last night's snack attack. Was hoping to save my last pass day for Halloween...but I have used them all, now. We, typically, go out for dinner on Halloween only because the restaurants aren't crowded as Moms, Dads and kids are all out trick-or-treating. Halloween may just put me over and out of the WC this month.

    On another note...it was a rainy day today...but we had a lovely fall foliage rainbow at the end of the day.

    It was actually a full double rainbow. Doesn't show up well in the pic...but if you look at upper right and left corners of the pic there is a faint hint of the colors of the double.

    I see it! I have a confession. I actually saved this photo to my computer. It looks like a scene I might want to paint some day. The rainbow is beautiful, of course, but it's the way the sun is hitting some of the trees that gets me.
