    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and another hour walk. I can move up to 2.7 mph -- any faster, and my knee starts to hurt, which is frustrating. On the good side, it's better than it was last week.

    After a long plateau / slight rise mid-Oct the scale has moved back down again. Though yesterday and today I've also felt a bit more hungry so maybe that's related. We'll see. 8 days! :)
