Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and another hour walk. I can move up to 2.7 mph -- any faster, and my knee starts to hurt, which is frustrating. On the good side, it's better than it was last week.

Have to behave myself after last night's snack attack. Was hoping to save my last pass day for Halloween...but I have used them all, now. We, typically, go out for dinner on Halloween only because the restaurants aren't crowded as Moms, Dads and kids are all out trick-or-treating. Halloween may just put me over and out of the WC this month.
On another note...it was a rainy day today...but we had a lovely fall foliage rainbow at the end of the day.6 -

It was actually a full double rainbow. Doesn't show up well in the pic...but if you look at upper right and left corners of the pic there is a faint hint of the colors of the double.2 -

I see it! I have a confession. I actually saved this photo to my computer. It looks like a scene I might want to paint some day. The rainbow is beautiful, of course, but it's the way the sun is hitting some of the trees that gets me.
