My goal for this month is to log everything I can and to be under my calorie goal at least 20 days. (I have two days where I'm sure I will over eat.)1

For the remainder of the month, my goal is to get to the gym at least half of the days. For diet, I'm trying to avoid nighttime snacking, which is likely responsible for the stall I've been in for the last couple months.1
