It's fall in the state of Illinois. We live 50 miles west of downtown Chicago. Nonetheless, we live in the country but very near developed residential subdivisions. Although more and more people move closer to us all the time, we still have lots of these neighbors too. The white tail deer has prospered in this state.

I’ve been partying a little too much... I had 2 pass day, making it a total of 5. I’m out of the podium but I’m still running :-)
Planning on being extra good this weekend to make up for the extra beers/glasses of wine/jack&coke/shots that I’ve had the last few days! Yikes!
Today was my husband’s birthday and I somehow manage to stay within my calories!
We walked around town, so there were my 20 minutes of exercise (16k steps).
And I tracked.

Pass 3/3, we went out early for our anniversary. Our anniversary is on Halloween, but the hubby has mandatory overtime that day. He also has an additional work day next week so we decided to head out tonight and stay in and relax next weekend.6

Today was my husbands birthday too. We did not really celebrate (beings we are 60 yrs old LOL) but our future daughter in law convinced us we must at least go out for a burger! It was nice! She also walked with me 5 miles & that was VERY nice!!
