It's been a crazy time and I haven't been eating well or logging. The best part though, is that my physio allowed me to try jiu jitsu technique so I am back on the mat even though it is a limited amount. I'm pushing hard within my limits so that I can get back fully as soon as possible. I know that getting back into that routine will help with my eating habits and I will drop the extra kgs I picked up in my injured 8 months. My abs are already reacting to the extra work.
Today was even more amazing than jiu jitsu, but I'm not allowed to share the details yet. I promise I will soon. Partly it is because of my job, but within that, I also just happened to be at the right place at the right time to get the opportunity to help with something amazingly epic. My job is seriously the best ever! Our whole team is going to be pretty busy for a few weeks, but it is totally worth it. And I definitely got my exercise in today...13 -

Yes x 3 counting home-care as self-care, keeping me off the couch. I even made it to the grocery. It was my first day back from surgery without a nap! I had ambitious plans for making soup but that will have to wait until tomorrow.

Joined next months challenge too, love this group! Today was a rest day from the treadmill but I still went out with my kids for an hour+ walk because I knew I needed my 20 minutes. We're all more active, I'm making better choices with regard to my food, and I've stuck with my tracking for over a month now. Thanks for having me6 -

3 x’s. 3.5 hours of gardening and an hour of yoga. Good on calories but I was very hungry and could have eaten twice as much. It made me grouchy and I went to bed early.6
