Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes...but a rather boring mall walk as it was cold outside today.

Pass day 2 of 3 for November. We went to Epcot with family and ate at the Biergarten at the German pavilion. I've logged it but I am sure it is not an accurate calorie count. I walked 5.92 miles today, over 13,000 steps and although it was painful at times with my knee issues, I was so proud of myself!! Such a great time with my nephew, his wife, and my husband.4

Exercise: very light day but I walked 17 min in my office and spent 5 minutes doing side steps,etc at the copy machine
Calories: Wednesdays are hard for me lately. I cook "not calorie friendly" food for my church every week. And before I was on a diet I'd usually say I was too busy to even eat it but since dieting I want to eat all the yummy food I'm cooking for others But I felt in control today and only ate the portions I planned for.
Logged everything also that's yesx3 for me! But kinda barely4 -

Unfortunately, it was another day of too many calories and not enough exercise: Reason: entertaining both as a visitor and later in the day as a host.

Calories - I had a red velvet cupcake which threw me over. I should have checked the nutrition info first because when I logged it I was like 😱 it was yummy tho.

11/13: Yes x3. Today was such a busy day that I didn’t get unch, then once I had time it was too close to dinner. I did sneak in a quick snack - 1/2 cup of ice cream - not very nutritious but a nice treat. Have to do that once in awhile.3 -

My car broke down. Fortunately in a safe place. Auto club came and towed it to my service dealer. All the lights flashed on the dash. I thought major electrical. Tow guy thinks it may just be a battery. Phew. Car is six years old and well maintained. I never thought of battery! Ironically, appointment for next Tuesday for yearly maintenance and I had said “car is doing well” just do whatever stuff needs done on the schedule. Uber home. Safe. Car is where it needs to be and all is well (mostly). And, food decisions were good today!4 -
Yes to all three today, though I couldn't stop eating 🙈. Still about 350 under budget thanks to exercise cals!4
