Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

In the United States, we celebrate today as a day in which to be thankful for life, love, goodness, family and of course, good food.
I’m thankful for each of you who have chosen to be a part of the UAC!

Yesterday, Rose took this photo of me, Joaquin and his wife, Ana. We were just “chilling” on a very warm and humid beach in Puerto Viejo, Talamanca, Costa Rica. The Caribbean is the ocean behind us.8 -
If you have not yet done so, please include in your post if you expect to be in the November Winners Circle.
Thanks, Rick2 -

In the spirit of start when you can (ie. not put off to tomorrow what you can do today).
Yes x 3 - 3 km walk in 25 minutes.
Build habits and let habits build you.
Even though having gone through tough times both at work and at home for the past 5 months, only gained 10lbs. Still under 22 BMI, so middle of healthy range. UAC habits work.12 -
Good news: lost a significant amount of weight, found a bunch of new healthy recipes I want to try, was able to have just one Keto brownie and resist having more, and made some hypothetical future meal combos and new rules and tips to help me prosper in the weight-loss department.
Bad news: had confusing and misleading options for most of my food today.
Definitely focusing on the good news, though.
I also realized that since I only need to exercise for 20 min. per day, and the TV episodes I watch on the treadmill last about 40 minutes, I can chop them in half to get 2 workouts out of just 1 episode! Plus the time I take 5 times a week to walk my dog!5 -
Exercise was yoga and Jiu Jitsu class (only did part of warm up and some technique because my shoulder wasn't happy). Can't wait until I'm able to do a full class again.
Pretty good food choices and allowed myself a higher goal because I was so low on energy. Thursday is always my hardest day for some reason (and I rarely work a Monday to Friday week, so that shouldn't play into it).
Scale was down just over 2 kgs from yesterday, but as it was up 1.4kgs yesterday, that's only really a half kg drop. All happy to see it go down though.
I'm trying to weigh consistently and log my weight to see what affects it so I can plan better to make weight for competitions.4 -

28th November
Exercise: Yes, at least 90 minutes walking, 30 minutes of it at quite a brisk pace, 45 minutes Stretching Class. Felt really good.
Calories: Yes, stayed under, although I had to use 60 of my 500+ exercise calories, because I'd swapped a perfectly healthy supper within calorie budget for two glasses of red wine and 40g of cheese. It'll stay an exception! I got really frustrated with my partner and lost my food-and-drink cool. How do you guys cope when triggered to revert to comfort food, the wrong kind of food and drink?
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
It had been a busy, but a good day today, until the last bit. Instead of going to my Yoga class tomorrow I'll have to accompany my partner to the (unpleasant) neurologist who diagnosed his Alzheimer's. It was lucky I found out just now about this appointment... The clinic only communicates with 'the patient', which, in the case of Alzheimer's is ludicrous. He doesn't 'get it', lies, denies, or forgets ...
I won't get much exercise tomorrow as I'm travelling to Nice for work in the afternoon. Made a lunchbox though and will do my damndest to get to do at least a 20 minute walk.5 -
3x’s yes- started the day at my home away from home, the gym. Awesome, brutal hour long HIIT class and I pushed and stayed for an hour of spin. Ate back those calories at family dinner. I was good on calories but ate way more carbs then I normally.5

Was sunny where I am today, but windy, and the park was packed-I’ve never seen it that busy before. Was inspiring to see so many individuals/families getting some activity mid-day on Thanksgiving!5 -

Beautiful photos above. Costa Rica looks idyllic.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, dog walk plus walking for myself
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, went way over for Thanksgiving meal, but it was delicious and I'm fine with it. The pumpkin pie threw me waaaaay over.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, as well as I could since I didn't prepare the food
Pass day 2 Which I'm fine with -- I normally don't eat several slices of pie
I expect to make the Winner's Circle for November
