Lousy night's sleep. Finally gave up and got out of bed at 4. Looking forward to a fuzzy head all day.
DGS's birthday, today, so we'll gather at their house for supper and cake, this evening.He's four. Where does the time go?

Sleep in day today and I made it to 6:55. Going to laundromat later and may check out some nearby beaches today. We love the pool so much we haven't done much exploring here and leave this area in less than 3 weeks.

It would be nice if I didn't have to go to work and could just hunker down in this weather and stick my head out when the storm is over. But no, I get to throw and shovel snow at least twice, maybe three times by the time this is over. Rant over

What a great football weekend all around in the Big 10, and for the GB Packers!
Hopefully the new owners hire a guy Lee, for snow removal on that work property and you only have to deal with home front?
Got used to waking when I wake the last few days, which hadn't been near late enough but later than a work day. I do feel better though each day, but still hanging onto a cough. I guess it takes a while to get rid of.
Crafting a wood sign tonight with neighbor friends at the community room in our little town, village, I guess, is correct term.
Happy 4th Birthday to Dave's DGS! Hope we get a picture !

Don't online shop too much today folks! I doubt I'll place any orders. We all agreed that we are cutting way back this year with gift giving, and doing more time giving with eachother! Our family adopted a family of 5 kids and a Mom for ds2's work holiday giving campaign, they lost the Dad from a heart attack and Mom has been ill, as well. So we'll send gifts their way.

Mary, I already have a crew that takes care of practice building. Since I'm still the land lord, it's on me to keep the maintenance crew/s going. Really, my responsibilities haven't changed much with the sale of the practice, much less pressure on DW though. She did all the practice management stuff.2

Hi everyone! I had SUCH a beautiful time in NC with my friends! And now I'm home, trying to catch up on everything. I got most of my decorations up yesterday, but the tree still has a ways to go. I have a ton of wrapping to do (stuff I got in NC, plus some wrapping I'm doing for a friend of mine who was recently widowed ... I offered to wrap all her gifts this year), a decent amount of prep for the WW open house next week (I'm hosting one of them), I need a manicure, and regular stuff like work and laundry and cleaning and meetings. I tried to go to an AA meeting in NC, but no one was there. I contacted the name on the schedule, and apparently they cancelled for the whole week of Thanksgiving. Weird. Around here we do EXTRA meetings around holidays instead of cancelling the ones we do have ... holidays can be tough to get through sober. Luckily I wasn't craving a drink.
And right now I have a headache. I just finished some WW work, and I'm going to go to bed soon.

Cold today, yoga this morning then took DW for some test that they said would take less than an hour, took over two hours.
Allergies messing with voice, very squeaky, will wait till temps increase before putting poly on bed where I can have windows open.
Mary, wish you were closer by would love to have a designer tree. If DW feeling better tomorrow may start decorating tree then mantles
4 y.o. so cute and apt to say anything, one can see their view of life through their actions, and yes Dave they grow up so fast in our eyes, don't blink for he will become a teen overnight.
Guess we need to start shopping but have not seen anything that interested me for kids, thinking about getting DW an I pad or laptop; I know an expert near by to get knowledge and advice from.
Those having to work be thankful for your youth, enjoy each and every day retirement will come quick enough and when it does I pray you will be able to find something to full fill your life; I now often wonder how I had time to work and know folks quickly learn who is willing to help and aid others. I'm learning to pick and choose and when to say no.0
