The local TV weather dudes have been coming out with their winter predictions. All of them are calling for wetter than normal, colder than normal, and more snow than normal. The Missouri River is STILL running at flood stage, as many of the upstream reservoirs are still at over full. A heavy winter, followed by heavy spring rains could be bad early next year.

Bill, I pray that your back and pain management will find relief today!

This former Niners fan still snarl at the mention of the seagulls. Though I always liked Russell Wilson. Seemed like a good guy. Unlike his coach. Sorry Dave!

Exciting day ahead. I take my car into the shop for its semi-annual visit, hopefully nothing will come of that. We have been together for a long time. Shower Door guy is coming to fix the shower door they installed last December and I am making a crockpot of stew. I am feeling a bit better so I will alternate between organizing the living room for Christmas and reading a book & listening to music, drinking coffee and peeing. I hope the rain stays calm while I get to try a 1/2 mile walk home after dropping the car off. I never thought 1/2 mile would be a long-distance for me. Gotta change that this coming year. Hopefully, I get my car back in time to take advantage of a couple of free coffees I have coming from local coffee places.
