Yes, bodyweight routine. The fact that I'm often do heavy chores around the house made my muscles stronger. Months ago I could not do one single push-up. Now I can do thirty. Which is crazy, because I started this routine on the first. Yay for doing heavy labour! (I'm building my own house)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes, again. It was quite doable. I'm starting to get a better feeling for my body.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Pass Day 2 for me
No excuses but I didn't get any of the 3 things right today. Admitting my mistakes and moving forward.
It was a great day though. Sushi with a good friend for lunch, sailing in the bay with my house mate, then we had dessert and games with my community group.
I did refuse take out on the way home when my house mate was hungry!4 -

Sounds like you have had you own share of both troubles and victories (like the focaccia).
We all get bad days. The important part is to admit them (like you have), learn from them and look to do better the next day.
If you catch yourself on the wrong track (like eating too much), no need to persist the behaviour (ie. keep eating). It's jut a longer path to get back on track.
The other thing is not to try over-compensate the next day aver a mistake. Just get back on track. Do not try to do extra. Trying to compensate the following day can lead to downward spiral if you fail to meet your expanded daily goal (where you try compensate even more the next day).
Even if you may not make circle, please stay in the challenge. Support form the group, learning to build the habits and learning how to quickly get back on track (and not punish yourself) is worth the persistence.

@yellobird13 I'm a exurbia Chicagoan. I understand the work dinners problems and holiday work-related junk food excesses. Just yesterday, the business-to-business holiday sweets and eats began to arrive on my desk.
Just do the best you can to limit the damage and keep your eyes on your long-term goals. This too shall pass.

@StatChicBayes Yep! That is a pass day, but that is what pass days are for. Nobody is perfect. We are not trying to be perfect, the UAC is designed for long-term healthy habits. Just look forward and move on.

Pass day, I ate a burrito that I really couldn't track accurately. Pretty sure I went over calories, closer to maintenance amount which is a slippery slope when you're not in maintenance mode!4 -

Managed to get 30 min of cardio before trip. In the past, I made excuses and skipped exercise.
I’m -400 under because of travel in addition to exercise calories. ‘Banking these calories but may eat some tomorrow if needed.
