For me, a happy Saturday morning was watching cartoons. Yosemite Sam was always one of my favorite antagonists of Bugs Bunny.

Exercised?: Yes (5 km in 40 mins - hills)

Better walking pace today. Made the sub 40min for the 5km fairly easily.
Also good fun drone racing today. Flew OK for the lack of recent practice. Only damage was props (expected) and a camera (cameras are more fragile than support poles when the 2 meet at speed ).
Running a drone race tomorrow for the club I am secretary of.
Also spoke too soon last night on daughters condition. Less than 30 minutes after posting, she had a melt down and I was up till almost 1:00am getting the situation back under control. Today so far has been OK.8 -
Only lost a bit of weight since yesterday, but that's better than none. Ate right almost the whole day and got in my exercise.5

Yes x 3. Drove to a nearby lake and walked around it. Baby fell asleep so I walked him home (45 mins) rather than wake him to get back in car. Husband drove the 3 yrold home who was exhausted after her lap of the lake.7

Planned passday!
Had an awesome day at a tropical pool with my best friend and my partner. It was the bf's birthday so of course I enjoyed some great food with them.
Did my exercises, did lots of swimming, tracked everything I ate but went way over my calorie budget and it was awesome.6 -

I'm saving my pass days for 2 parties we have coming up and also Christmas Day. There's another party in there but I think I can make that one work...........if not I'll miss it by a day!
Exercise: Yes, 50 minutes hip therapy at home including goblet squats, band clams and bridges, and other various exercises given to me by my therapist
Calories: Yes, we had El Pollo Loco tonight and even though I wanted mac&cheese we opted for the black beans and I skipped the tortillas so was under easily on calories and just under on fat

Pass day 2/3. I started feeling really sick after dinner last night and ended up sleeping until 2 pm. Still not feeling good so I didn't get any exercise today.4 -

I feel like I'm on the injured reserve list. My back condition is fragile, but I am making progress.
My therapist has me restricted to specific stretching exercises to be done 3x per day. That is much more than 30 minutes of exercise. Today was my first day of actually have some feeling of progressive healing.
I got 3 yeses. I was barely under in the calorie department, but it was still under.

Hello all!
It was a little easier today. I got another x3.
Yesterday I went over my dailies but it was offset by over 400+ calories of exercise, placing me at 178 calories in the deficit.
Today, I was surrounded again with temptation but I managed to break even with my daily goal. In addition, I earned more calories with a short exercise session (20 min of cardio and 10 min of resistance) placing me further into a comfortable deficit.

On track with calories and tracking as well as exercise (walking to and from the grocery store).
But trying to figure out the syncing between my new Fitbit and MFP. So far it seems like anything I'm logging in mfp (aka food) is syncing to my fitbit, but my steps, exercise and calories data isn't syncing from my Fitbit into mfp. Ultimately I couldn't finish my mfp diary I will need to do more research and figure out what's going on with this one-sided sync issue.4 -

Little Buddy came over today. Counting that as exercise when really it is more like work. Pushed him up the hill coming back from the donut shop. That is a hefty jaunt. Tracked my donut. I got to get Buddy to do some tracking. I told his mom once that if we let him pile on the pounds it will have a cascading deleterious effect. Today I worked on teaching him to get in and out of a car. In the past just pick him on up and heft him on in. He is getting to big for that.
Mostly pass days through the week for me. Lethargic on tracking.
I got some good exercise but I heard once somewhere that you can't outrun a bad diet.
So exercise isn't doing me any good if I eat right on past it.
I got upwards of 4,000 feet of climb in 4 days. I think that might be 2,000 calories.
Sunday and Monday I got a few hundred calories of spin or indoor bicycling.
But I am just wasting my knees if I eat right on past that.
Heh! I used to be big on spin class a couple of years back.
Been trying to remember the name of that spin instructor for a couple of days.
Just came to me - Janet was her name.
One time her IPOD didn't work so the class was stuck without music to spin by. That was back in the days before music streaming like Pandora etc.
But I had my little IPOD shuffle so I kind of saved the day, on one hand, but people kind of thought my music was kind of weird.

Exercise? Yes. 60 minute walk early in the morning. Ended with 13k steps due to busy day (which is a lot for me).
Within my calories goal? YES! Thought this might be a pass day because of a company Christmas party, but even if my guesses are off a little, I have enough calories remaining to feel confident that I am under!
Tracked everything? Yep, as well as possible on a day that I ate other's cooking. Took photos of my food at the party so I could calculate afterwards.
Conclusion:
It's possible that Yule log cake is my new favorite dessert. Yummy!4 -
