    Exercise: Y 13K steps including 4 miles at the Y this afternoon
    Calories: Y 1394/1800 + 609 exercise calories
    Tracked: Y

    Looks like my effort to dial back the calories and ramp up the exercise the past week has paid off...down another 4.2 for a December total of 5.8. I think I may now be at the lightest I have been in at least 17 years. I’m ahead of where I had hoped to be at year’s end which was less than 210#. Now the challenge will be to keep it off through the holidays.

    Exercise? Yes. 35 minute walk and 30 minutes on the treadmill plus shopping. 13k steps!

    Within my calorie goal? Totally.

    Tracked everything? Oh, yeah!

    My to-do list before Christmas is pretty big and my to-do list for the last week of the year (mostly organization items) is even longer.

    3x’s yes. 45 minute strength class and an hour of step. Great on calories.
    We threw a huge party on the 6th, that is our main holiday celebration. It was hectic and stressful prepping for that but since then I’ve been relaxed and enjoying the tree and the decorated house.
    Lol I have a few books to read before they are due back at the library January 2nd, does that count?

    Today was a great day and even though our power was out all day I stuck with my plan!

    Exercise: Yes, 80 minutes between the gym and hip therapy
    Calories: Yes, easy peasy and left a couple hundred unused
    Tracked: Yes

    What do I need to accomplish before Christmas or the end of the year?
    The usual holiday-related tasks. I also want to do some small acts of kindness toward strangers during the holidays, when I have an opportunity. Yesterday I went through the drive-through at a McDonald's to buy a decaf coffee, asked how much the bill was for the car behind me, and paid it before they drove to the pay-window. Somebody did that to me last year, so I'm passing it on -- that, and a few other small acts.

    Another barely made it day - this time bc calories whereas yesterday was exercise. I'm doing okay though and confident I'll hit my weight goal by the end of the month. Tomorrow is my last work day of the year and I'm ready to get in some killer workouts😬
