Sam, that Wild hog ground up sounds like clean eating...
After breakfast then church and not sure after that. Rain yesterday turned to dusting of snow overnight and will be cold next few days. Will maybe check the pond ice for thickness and do some icefishing this week.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Took grandson on a 2-mile hike through wetlands and old-growth forest, yesterday. Really muddy trail. He had a blast. So did Rita.

We are looking at nothing but cold rain, here in the lowlands, for the next two weeks. Heavy snow in the mountains. Maybe I'll get up with my snowshoes. You've seen me write that before, I know.

Entertaining football games, yesterday. I had no rooting interests. Major rooting interest this afternoon. Go Seahawks!

    Good Morning!

I just returned from a two mile walk in the woods with the dog. I'm thinking that I will be going to church in a little bit.

Chores today, and maybe even a little rest.

Connie and I burned a bunch of brush yesterday. I'm sore today!

On the clean eating front, I'm thinking I will make stuffed green peppers later today.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

Whatcha gonna stuff them peppers with?

Ground up wild hog should make some mean sausage.

I have some Canada goose that I'm gonna substitute for beef in a boeuf bourguignon recipe for the crock pot. Gonna marinade the goose breast in milk overnight first.

Great that Rita had such a good time on your hike with DGS, Dave.

Going to make a run to town transfer station with trash and recyclables then take the pups for a good hike, then relax with some football this afternoon.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good Morning

I am glad to see Rita got out for the hike with DGS

Today we celebrate Heather and her twins Birthday which is tomorrow. Meeting my oldest for brunch, then home for cake which I made yesterday. I do not believe we will be clean eating, partaking of wild boar or Canadian Geese. I seem to be doing much better suddenly so perhaps I will sneak out for a short walk while it is nice.
