    So I have decided to change my goal. Instead of 2 miles a day. I am going to aim for 100 miles for January.

    Still trying to figure out my goals for this month. Will walk at least 2 miles a day and try to get at least 1 mile of a Leslie workout in 4 times a week.

    I'll take @zichab's "kid cold" over what ever the heck I have right now. I'm been down since Sunday night. Congestion, cough, fever, chills. Needless to say I have not gotten any miles in.

    You are so sweet to take this "kid cold" from me! :heart: I'll send it right over as I think it is going for its 3rd bout with me!! :grumble: The only thing I do not have anymore is the fever and chills, (and you may keep those thank you) but the rest of it is intense! Maybe the darn thing is international! :laugh:

    @zichab - Thanks for your concern, Brenda. No, it was me being clumsy. Not sure when I can start working out again. I sure miss it, EVEN the strength workouts. Ha, never thought I'd ever say that. :)

    Good on you for scaling back a bit with your strength workouts. No need to push if you are sore or something just doesn't seem right.
