@nodm Thanks! Just hanging low a bit while taking care of some other stuff! Thanks to you and @bold_rabbit for the comments on macro estimates. I figured that was the problem, but figured it wouldn't hurt to have someone check my math!1 -
I told myself I was going to track calories today, and it just didn't happen. However I need to develop the habit of posting in the UAC again, so this is today's post. Since I am joining so late in the month, I think it's only fair for me to be disqualified for this month.
My two cents. I wouldn't worry about joining late. This is a friendly group. It's great to make the winner's circle, but I feel the biggest benefit is just showing up and posting here. It helps me to track my food and exercise. My good habits aren't established yet.
