Help removing account linked to Fitbit Charge

I am getting the message Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once.
I have not been able to sync to MyFitnessPal for quite sometime. Would appreciate your help. Did have the original Fitbit Charge and got a newer Charge2 awhile ago. If I have another account, I do not remember what that is. Help!

I had the same problem. I found my fitbitID (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Web-API-Development/Where-do-I-find-my-User-ID/td-p/1138653) and contacted myfitnesspal support to have them remove the fitbit account from myfitnesspal. Then I just added fitbit the normal way.0
