    Exercise: Y 16K steps including a 70 minute walk.
    Calories: Y 1918/1800+400 exercise calories
    Tracked: Y

    Back in line after yesterday’s planned pass. Starting 3 weeks working nights tonight so hopefully will be able to get plenty of steps in. Need to tighten up the diet for this month...more water, less carbs and stay out of the exercise calories more.
