What's everyone do for exercise?

I'm curious about what everyone here does for exercise, i really love doing Leslie Sansone's Walk at home'' videos. I have been doing some other walking workouts as well.

I typically do a mix of things. Mainly focus on lifting weights (4-5x per week), also some moderate to light cardio (2x per week) and yoga2

How does weight lifting affect your testosterone? I have pretty high testosterone and i've been thinking about doing some weight lifting but im worried about it making my testosterone higher.1

For me I find my cycles are better with lifting. As soon as I take a break they get all crazy again. I've heard lots of great things for women with PCOS and lifting, perhaps increasing insulin sensitivity.
But I know it affects everyone differently especially since PCOS is so multi symptomatic.2 -
I used to lift weight and swim. Now I'm just walking and doing Jelly Devotes floor mat at home routines.1

I am just getting into good ng to the gym regularly. Right now I am just focusing on cardio until I get my schedule sorted out and get used to the environment. Then I want to start building in some weight work.2
