    Exercise: Y 16K steps including a 70 minute walk.
    Calories: Y 1918/1800+400 exercise calories
    Tracked: Y

    Back in line after yesterday’s planned pass. Starting 3 weeks working nights tonight so hopefully will be able to get plenty of steps in. Need to tighten up the diet for this month...more water, less carbs and stay out of the exercise calories more.

    3x’s yes for 1st-3rd!!! Busy start to the month and just didn’t check in. My inner voice said “Lady, you can be super busy but don’t skip the UAC check in, this is your health! The thing that makes it possible to do all of the other things.” DUH

    @bold_rabbit Have you considered supplementing with liquid calories? They don’t take up too much space and they “pass” quickly. Less stretch. Just keep it healthy and nutritious. Just a thought. Good luck.
    Exercise? ¡Si! 30 minutes on the treadmill. Cleaning, laundry, and shopping too - ended up with over 11k steps.

    Within my calorie budget? Yeah. However, too many unused calories. I'll have to make that up in the next few days I'm trying to keep my average deficit under 150 calories this month.

    Tracked everything? Absolutes!
