Despite being a lazy Monday, I was able to complete Today’s challenge although with the minimum 20 min of exercise. Looking forward to getting back to the gym tomorrow!8 -

Two hours of exercise today. Parkour had us jumping up onto boxes and metal rails, challenging ourselves for bigger heights when we could. I accidentally ran into a wooden box while trying to jump up onto it and now have a huge bump on my shin. 😂Let's see how it looks tomorrow...
I actually didn't need to use any of my exercise calories which was a nice feeling after being over too much in January. It's amazing what a lack of liquid calories can do!7 -

Back in line after yesterday’s planned pass. Starting 3 weeks working nights tonight so hopefully will be able to get plenty of steps in. Need to tighten up the diet for this month...more water, less carbs and stay out of the exercise calories more.3 -

@bold_rabbit Have you considered supplementing with liquid calories? They don’t take up too much space and they “pass” quickly. Less stretch. Just keep it healthy and nutritious. Just a thought.
