Charge 3 not syncing with MFP

I do a lot of steps per day I am lucky to have them show up as a small amount of excercise calories let alone any at all as it usually shows no excercise calories. How can I rectify this?

    I have the versa and also, having similar problems. Calories burned says one thing but MFP says something else. I'm sorry I don't know how to fix the problem unless opening a ticket with the help on MFP, but the last time I tried using them, it took forever.
