Oops, I haven't been checking in, but better a late start, than never! My daily commitment for this month is to:
- Eat Low Carb/low Sugar
- Check my blood sugar daily
- Exercise at least 3x per week
- Drink 64oz water at a minimum
- Log my food
This is a lot, but I know that I need to be vigilant in order to reach my goal!

Checking in today, haven't been doing so well. I had the flu, but not trying to make excuses. Today I will do better.
Still at 171lbs, but no gain, which is great. Sugar has been lowered, but exercise has been dormant.
I'm putting out in the universe that today will be a better one~0
