Hi. My name is Sea. I was so excited to find this new group. I am a lover of books and dabble in spinning my own yarns from time to time. I'm using 2020 to kick off the best decade with improving my health (I've got about 40lbs to lose) and also have a reading goal this year. I can't wait to get lost in some wonderful books this year. My first book this year is to revisit an oldie but goodie "Pride and Prejudice".

Good Luck to you on your journeys and I hope we can cheer each other on and share book recommendations and discussions.

Hi Lynn! What are you currently reading? Are you following any particular health plan?

Hi Sea - Right now, I am looking for my book - I just heard that there is a new Shadowhunters series coming out so I am looking forward to that. I need to clean up my Goodreads account.

I use Beachbody for my workouts and I am trying to faithfully log my meals here.

I am part of group here that does a bunch of challenges modeled after Ilvermorny from Harry Potter.

Hi Lynn! I think I might read Salem's Lot (Stephen King) or Witching Hour (Anne Rice) in March. But I just might have to check out the Shadowhunter series, sounds interesting!

I am just beginning the Kayla Itsines training program. My employer is sponsoring a "Naturally Slim" program which I'm participating. It's more about changing the eating behavior patterns. I'm 4 weeks into it, and down 5 lbs. But its been slow. I guess that's the best approach.

Is the group that you mentioned open to new members? This definitely sounds like something I would love to be a part of. I'm a lover of Harry Potter books, movies and Harry Potter World in Florida. I'm a pretty big nerd. :-)

It is really good, I got my 13 yr old daughter hooked. I just finished Daisy Jones and the Six, some of my college friends started a virtual book club and that was our first selection. And I just downloaded The Girls at 17 Swann Street about a group of woman living at a house for for eating disorder help.

Slow and steady wins the race they say. I am about 15lbs down from my heaviest last year. Just have about 10 more lbs I would like to lose but I am fitting in my goal size so I am happy with that.

It is - right now we are in the middle of a term so I am checking if it is ok to join now or wait until the next term starts but will let you know as soon as I hear anything. It is really a fun group. I am definitely a nerd but didn't read Harry Potter until my daughter started - she has read the series 11 times. We went to Harry Potter World 4.5 years ago and loved it, we can't wait to go back.
