I have had this issue before, but it came and went. Try connecting the fitbit app to MFP, and the MFP to fitbit, I think there is a place in each app for syncing to the other.

I'm having this problem too. I've tried the suggestion above and others but it still only syncs one time. Anyone got a solution?

PS Do MFP monitor this discussion or are we just talking amongst ourselves?

MFP doesn't monitor these discussions. If you want technical support from MFP, you'll need to open a ticket.

Everytime I try to connect my Fitbit One to myfitnesspal I get the message this fitbit is already synced to another myfitnesspal account. I've gone into my Fitbit account and revoked access to myfitnesspal and it appears gone from Fitbit but when I try to repair it to my myfitnesspal I get the message again - even though it is not showing up on my fitbit application list. I have seen a LOT of people have this issue but haven't been able to find a way to fix it. It appears myfitnesspal has to fix it from what I've read. Does anyone know who I would contact?

Read the post right above yours - only solution - you can't fix that issue yourself - no one can.

There is no open issue listed in Support, so there is nobody addressing it.
