Exercised: Yes (Over 10,000 steps. Drone race track setup in the morning)
Tracked: No (celebration Japanese dinner out to celebrate 30th Wedding Anniversary)
Budget: Unlikely (did not track dinner (again - as predicted), so do not know)
Thank you to all the well wishes for my Anniversary. 30 years married to an amazing lady that is strong where I am weak. I really lucked out when I met her and we committed to spend the rest of our lives together. It's often hard to believe it's been 30 years. I am truly blessed.
Dinner was very nice. It's a place we have been before and we both enjoy.
Really enjoyed reading through everyone's NSV's they posted yesterday. People are achieving so much. So proud of so many of you.
Odd story for today. Recently I have been having occasional bouts of insomnia. I'll wake after about 3 hours and be unable to get back to sleep.
Last night was one of those nights. However, one of our cats has been noticing my nocturnal activities and decided to help out. She (the cat) climbed up on my chest, settled down to sleep and started purring (loudly). This both pinned me in bed and got me back to sleep. I swear this cat knows that I needed the rest and has decided to take a caretaker role.16 -
Cats are the best! Unfortunately, my husband and two sons are very allergic. Happy 30th anniversary!!4

Yes, kitty knows! Mine will do the same as I try to do one more thing at night. Crawls into chest looking so sleepy, I put down the phone & turn off the light!!

One of the things that is lovely about longterm marriages, to me, is we hold our partner’s youth in our minds, their history. I still see the head of gorgeous dark brown hair of my husband & how he went around in just a pair of running shorts!! I’m glad you had a lovely dinner together with your Love.❣️

My first day back with UAC and first day of any type of exercise since my surgery 2 weeks ago. Still have 2 - 3 weeks of recovery before I can get back to anything more strenuous than walking. It is beautiful here today in Southwest Michigan and felt so good be outside for a bit of walking!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No, slow, easy, 15 minute walk. It's a start!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Danced for 1h with arm weights, after eating 1/3 of a baguette for breakfast 😱
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope, that baguette blew my budget
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
After finishing my diary input, MFP said if I ate like this everyday I would lose 3kg in 5wks...except I know when I wake up tomorrow I'll be at least 0.5kg heavier...so I'm not sure why MFP tells me I'll lose weight by eating over my calorie budget.
Any thoughts?7 -

I'm too early to truly report in my time zone...but so far - on track. Will post officially later. For now - I've got food tracked...and exercise done. Church was good for my son and I. He turns 14 tomorrow...so I need to get busy planning family dinner tomorrow. By doing so, I'll plan how to stay on track. Just figured out that on Amazon with prime you can do free workouts. Have a good Sunday..and hey - if you are prayerful, please pray for my friend Heather Jane. Gearing up for a stage 2B cancer battle complete with all the trimmings...several surgeries, chemo and radiation. She has two bio kids and two adopted. No time for derailing her. Cancer sucks as we all know - so time to kick it. God bless you guys. I had a little chocolate today - but it's all accounted for. Going to work out a bit, try to get taxes underway and go to bed early. It's pretty here. Walking dogs sounds like another good plan. Ya'll make it a good one wherever you are!9 -

30 years of marriage is a victory @craigo3154. My husband and I got married later in life, we decided to get healthy together so that we stand a chance of 30 years together!!!

Exercise 20 minutes? Yes. VR for 87 minutes, boxing was 59 minutes and about whooped me and the rest was warming up doing The Climb. Also got a 31 minute walk in.
Within calories? Yes. 1223/1540 + 588 exercise calories.
Logged everything? Yes. Even the Smarties I had as a treat after dinner.
