    After finishing my diary input, MFP said if I ate like this everyday I would lose 3kg in 5wks...except I know when I wake up tomorrow I'll be at least 0.5kg heavier...so I'm not sure why MFP tells me I'll lose weight by eating over my calorie budget.

    Any thoughts?

    If you look at your TDEE on a fitness calculator, you are likely eating at a calorie deficit based upon your set point. Therfore, even though you are over what you have established as your daily calorie goal - you are still going to lose weight - especially with exercise and so forth.
