It's been a sprint this week. Today, I get on a plane in Chicago and fly to Phoenix, AZ. It's been two weeks since I've been with Rose, so it's time to get to our Arizona home.
I just noticed that it's Leap Year. This February has 29 days. Next week, I'll post the March MFP Challenge promotion for UAC.
I'll send an email to Jessica, my law firm administrator to build the March UAC.

Well it’s Friday, severely lacking in that Friday feeling seeing as though I still have another 3 weeks to before I am out on break! All meals /drinks/calories& exercises duly logged - having an early night. Wishing everyone a happy weekend!10

Early start, wife drove me to the train station for a busy work day. Walk was from train station to client (also walked back to train station so well over 10,000 steps today)
Dinner at parents. Great to catch up.
Stressful day for daughter but managed to see her safely through it.13 -
I'm back, got a bit distracted by life and then twisted my ankle. It's still tender but I'm back at work and back to logging my food.
No exercise today aside from the first day of walking around all day with a brave instead of crutches.
Good food choices despite my housemates repeated offers of ice cream and chocolate.
Very frustrated by yet another injury but luckily it's not too serious and I should be able to try getting back on the mat next week.13 -

It’s been a crazy week and I’m worn slam out.
Tomorrow, though, we are going to finish clearing out the weight room, as it is past time for me to get back under the bar! We started and got half through, but the following weekend the hot water heater blew, weekend after something else came up, then the flu and last weekend I was simply lazy. 🤷♀️ What can ya do? 😉 knock it out this weekend! 👍🏼9 -

So I walked into the studio at the gym all psyched for my 9am Friday workout— everyone was already all sweaty and just stretching and that’s when I realized... FRIDAY’S CLASS STARTS at 8!!!!!! Everyone got a huge laugh out of my mix up.

Slowly gaining my pre-surgery strength back. Surgeon says I can ease back into Pilates, Yoga, Barre, etc., in about 10 days depending on how I feel. Can't wait, I'm not used to being this inactive.....climbing the walls!! lol

Today started out really blah as I was still tired from my cold but I just started walking on my treadmill while working, then after doing the laundry I looked at my trx hanging there & thought why not...and then I felt great the rest of the day. My knee feels really tight tho & i feel the occasional pain but i'm seeing the orthopedic surgeon Tuesday so i'll know if I'm just being over dramatic or I tore something.

@bold_rabbit thanks for your advice, i just saw it. I am trying to lose only 0.25pounds a week but I don't succeed even that, even tho i rarely eat my exercise calories. I think i have to weigh my portions to see if i'm inputting my meals corectly...or its just post menopause that makes it so difficult to lose the weight.7 -

Exercise? Totally. 34 minute walk and, according to Fitbit, 21 minutes active while grocery shopping. Guess I was really booking through the store.
