    I ain't been much of a poster this month.
    Fizzled in the first week.
    But today I PR'd my climb.
    Knocked a full minute off of my time from back in May '18
    I didn't think I would ever PR again.
    That climb is getting popular for hill repeats with young athletes these days.
    Ain't no keeping up with them but I guess it motivates me somehow.

    Oh! ... and my little buddy took some unattended steps at school today!
    He comes over tomorrow. I ought to see if I can get him to do that for a vid clip.
    I wonder if I should tell @am_change about this?

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes ... dog walk, plus I went with a friend to an optician inside a Walmart Super Center (scary huge, as big as an airport :# ). I walked around the entire place 5x rather than sit in the optician's waiting room.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Pass Day.
    Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes walking, but I didn't do my Yoga class as I've pulled a muscle just under my ribs, painful.
    Calories: Over. Started out well, but fell for merguez I found in my freezer and had too many glasses of Chablis.
    Tracking: I stopped logging when I knew I was over.
    Working in Marseille today. Should be able to stay under calories today as I've prepared a salad for lunch and I am usually too tired to eat much when I get back. Not much exercise though, barely 20 minutes walking.

    Today was an interesting day. Took my students outside and set up a series of challenges for a group of interested students: jumps and then a speed course running on these wooden bench things. I timed them and they were focused on beating their previous times for PRs. I also participated and then joined in a game of tag. My Fitbit auto-logged it as 17 min of "sport" haha.

    Then I metroed downtown to assist a cooking class. After five hours of on-my-feet walking, carrying dishes, sweeping etc we sat down for family meal of duck, parsnip puree, squash-parmesan puff pastry tart, and salad and homemade ravioli from the class next door.

    Then to get more steps and burn in, I took a 10:30pm walk through downtown before calling my Lyft. 20k steps today!
