Today was an interesting day. Took my students outside and set up a series of challenges for a group of interested students: jumps and then a speed course running on these wooden bench things. I timed them and they were focused on beating their previous times for PRs. I also participated and then joined in a game of tag. My Fitbit auto-logged it as 17 min of "sport" haha.
Then I metroed downtown to assist a cooking class. After five hours of on-my-feet walking, carrying dishes, sweeping etc we sat down for family meal of duck, parsnip puree, squash-parmesan puff pastry tart, and salad and homemade ravioli from the class next door.
Then to get more steps and burn in, I took a 10:30pm walk through downtown before calling my Lyft. 20k steps today!3 -
