Good day for me even though I didn't meet the exercise goal. Ankle still healing so I got in some shoulder rehab. Work in the morning and visiting my nieces and nephew in the afternoon. He finally has his first birthday next week Saturday (leap day baby) and he is at such a cute age. Made good food choices within my budget.7

3x yes, even though I traveled to see friends and ate out twice. I made good food choices. I've gotten into the habit of having a salad (with a protein, usually chickpeas) for one of my meals every day, one habit I've picked up from MFP.

@cilia2k, I'm so sorry for your loss. Try to focus on the good times and memories.
Exercise: Yes, my hip is killing me again after yesterday's walk so I just did about 30 minutes of hip PT and a few weights this morning

Hi all, using a pass as I'm suffering from food poisoning today (22nd Feb), probably courtesy of the hotel i'm staying in while working - beware of the salads! Only tracked & logged breakfast, then not eaten for the rest of the day. Does sprinting between bathroom & bedroom count as exercise ??6

I always exercise > 20 minutes. This is extremely rare - maybe 5-10 times in the past 2+ years.
