    Yes x 3. Rest day, of sorts. Boxed for an hour. Did not get to that back room. Stayed within and logged everything.

    3x yes, even though I traveled to see friends and ate out twice. I made good food choices. I've gotten into the habit of having a salad (with a protein, usually chickpeas) for one of my meals every day, one habit I've picked up from MFP.

    @cilia2k, I'm so sorry for your loss. Try to focus on the good times and memories.

    Exercise: Yes, my hip is killing me again after yesterday's walk so I just did about 30 minutes of hip PT and a few weights this morning

    Calories: Yes, left about 200 unused

    Tracked: Yes, no problem there
