    Yes x 3! I closed all my rings before I got home from work, so sore from yesterday’s VR workout so didn’t even bother, because I’m just soooo tired and sore. Early to bed for me,

    Exercise? 80 minutes walking and stair climbing,

    Calories under goal? Yes! 1028/1540+205

    Logged everything? Yuppers!

    Like many, I've got 3 Pass Days this month.
    Today, I was more careful about tracking throughout the day and making an evening adjustment for a big lunch.
    Calories: good
    Tracking: good
    Exercise: a beautiful day in Phoenix for a walk with family and friends.
