Slightly better day today, but still no walk (likely to get out tomorrow). Not feeling as queasy, but still very tired and brain foggy. Hope its the medication and not me coming down with something.
Early bed again tonight.
No circle for me this month, but working on getting other issues resolved (so not overly concerned). Grateful and thankful for UAC for the support and keeping me mostly on track.

I will not be in the winner's circle this month, bah humbug. I had more than 3 pass days due to illness/lack of exercise.
However, I consider February a roaring success -- I've been maintaining since November 2019 and have stayed within 1/2 pound. Thanks, UAC, for helping me to stay on track.

Exercise? ✅✅✅ 30 minute walk, 60 minute walk with stairs, 60 minutes on VR. I’m starting to notice an increase in endurance, flexibility and strength in my legs. I can dash up one floor quickly using the stairs and am not winded, anymore. 👍🏼
Under calories? ✅ I missed breakfast due to an unexpected meeting, so am way under.

Will I be in the winner’s circle? I have 3 pass days. If I avoid a fourth pass day, I will be in the winner’s circle. However, I have battled anxiety most of my teen years and adult life. Just thinking about stating with any certainty that I will be in the winner’s circle at this time is making my heart race. Sorry but all I can only say right now with any certainty is — maybe...could be...dunno. I will definitely let you know by March 1st.

Exercise: Yes, 10 min warm up, Strength Lower Body, 10 min post workout stretch, 20 min indoor cycling, 30 minute walk with aunt (to the clubhouse) followed up with martinis.
I haven’t been indoor cycling since last October. I love cycling but my immune system is shot so I have to avoid group classes and gyms from mid October through May. I bought an indoor bike and it came yesterday. Yay! It turns out it’s cheaper than the group classes in the long run. Rode it for 20 minutes today. I thought I could just jump right back on and into it. Nope. Not at all. Wow. 4 months is a long time!

Oh man hated to take a pass day. My daughter has been sick and I fell asleep without my 20 minutes of exercise. Although, catering to her all day, I never actually get to rest hahaha. Hoping for a better tomorrow!
