    Exercise? Si. 30 minutes on the treadmill plus lots of cleaning.

    I’ll be glad to start fresh on Sunday...February, although not a disaster, kinda of fell apart here at the end. Exercise has been there, but the calories and tracking have not.

    Exercise: 77 minutes - Solo Night Walk - glorious! ❤️

    I always exercise > 20 minutes.

    I always track all of my food.

    Calories under 2,000. ❤️ 1,996!

    Pass Days: Feb 1, 4, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 19(knee) 22 (sick, no exercise made calories slightly over)

    2 days to go! 🥰

    I won’t be in the Winner’s Circle, but my avg wt in Feb as of this morning is down 0.4 lb. from January’s! Yay!!
