Greetings all! If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

This month will definitely have some challenges - going to be away for a couple of work-related conferences and need to wrap-up work for one grad class and start looking ahead to others. Also hoping to get some more answers about our older twin's developmental needs with lots of appointments coming up. However, I have plans in place and am ready for the bumps; life is in progress and there's never a "perfect" time to prioritize my health, so this needs to become my routine.
Missing many of you on these threads and hope to see some more of you around soon!

3/27/20 = 314.4 (+4.6 lbs - welp, that's what I was waiting on. Makes total sense given that I am now holed up in my "office" (read: corner of our bedroom) at home trying to get work done and avoid going downstairs so that our boys don't see me and then start fussing because they want me down there with them. When I'm at work normally I'm always getting up and down for water, to walk to and from meetings, to go pick things up from the printer, etc. so I feel like I get a lot more steps in. I'm going to need to be much more intentional about movement in the coming days. I've managed to completely erase my losses for this month, but I need to get it together. There is never going to be a good or perfect time to prioritize my health and self-care, so I need to not give up on this and let it fall by the wayside, the way I have so many times before. Going to see if I can't rally to at least come a little closer to my goal for the month since I know I won't be hitting it by April 1. Oh well...onward!)
