All meals & drinks logged & tracked etc. exercise was out walking around the site again.7

Exercise: Yes, an hour's Yoga and a good 90 minutes walking.
Calories: Yes, stayed under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
A beautiful sunny day, so I had a look at a photo exhibition, then sat outside a cafe, drank mint tea and watched the world pass by.7 -
I’m still in! I have about 700 calories to play with and will come in under tonight. Logging everything and have had 114 minutes of exercise. Still have a VR workout and will re-post if anything changes. Was on my feet most of today and didn’t have time to snack. 🤦🏼♀️7

Well, @RangerRickL, I won't be in the WC after all. I am getting sick with a sore, scratchy throat and had little energy today. I couldn't make it any farther on the bike. Oh, so close! LOL!

went to a funeral and ate dinner out. Long day and no exercise4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk for my neighbor and a slow walk for myself. Still getting over a virus. Was great to take it easy today and enjoy the sunset.
