    yes x's 3...but it's only 5:51 pm.... going to check in now...so as to motivate me to hold on.... ;D I actually have 500 ish calories left....but over in the macros areas...so going to try to do salad and such... So - I could be checking in again... Go team! hang tough - 1 more day in Feb. to go

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk for my neighbor and a slow walk for myself. Still getting over a virus. Was great to take it easy today and enjoy the sunset.

    I made it to the winner's circle. Still have one pass day which I saved for Leap Day but I probably won't need to use it even though we're going out to lunch with family today.

    Exercise, yes 70 minutes at the gym including hip PT and strength training

    Calories, yes easily 300 under

    Logging, yes had a big breakfast but then a light lunch so that kept me under
