I have had one for a couple of months now, and I use it every day. It constantly reads your heart rate, the pedometer appears to be accurate, and I have no problems syncing it to MyFitnessPal, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I have not used it as a smartwatch per se, so I can't comment on the functionality in that regard, but I do not regret this purchase at all.

I upgraded to the Versa 2 in August. I really love it. Since I have balance problems and can only ride a stationary bike, to get the benefit of Steps vs laps I attach the versa 2 to my shoe. I love that it's a smart watch.I I can get text message alerts, listen to Alexa, check the weather, listen to music, it has relaxing breathing exercises. If you are looking at the Versa 2 it's well worth the money. The Premium Versa 2 does exactly as the Versa 2 the only difference is the watchband they come with. ALSO if you go to fitbit.com you can have a live chat with them and they will help you pick out the best product for your needs. Hope this helps. ]

This is my first tracker and it's only been a few weeks, overall I'm happy with it. Pros: love the heartrate feature and being able to log workouts. Steps are fun to count and hit. Great battery life. I've never used Alexa, checked the weather, and none of my music apps work through it so no comment on those. I'm still trying to figure out how accurate the calories burned is but am not eating all the calories. Cons would be things like the stair treadmill only track heart rate. Because you're not technically stepping up as the steps rotate to you it gives you no credit for flights of stairs, I really hate seeing I haven't climbed any flights when I worked my rear off to beat my previous flights! I can't track both steps and heart rate on the bike, it's either attach to my leg or keep on my wrist. I'm sure it's an issue with other trackers too but I wasn't paying attention my first day with it and sit on a rocking loveseat, I had 10,000 steps for sitting down rocking! I have to take it off when I sit there (I've tried not to rock but figure the fidgeting is good for my NEAT plus it's really hard not to do), there's supposed to be a way to select "driving" but I haven't found it on the phone or app and when I get up I forget to put it back on.
