Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

The sun will come out tomorrow!5

Thank you @RangerRickL for the ear worm!
Yes, the sun will be out in full force here in SFL. We are expecting temperatures in the mid- to upper 80s. I am planning upon another hour or two in my courtyard doing some gardening and cleaning the outside windows.
I felt it was in my best interest to break out the to do list of things that seem to never get done and start chipping away at it. It has definitely help both my body and soul to keep busy by continuing to make positive changes while staying safe. It has also helped with the boredom.
Hugs to all and prayers for those in need and for those on the front lines of this thing.6 -

Exercised: Yes (8km walk in 90 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Longer walk today. Making sure I stay physically healthy.Lots more people around on my usually deserted walking tracks. Some of the more popular tracks are closed, so overflow onto the less used ones I frequent. Fortunately I know many more tracks and can use those to keep out of the way of casuals "filling time".
Aus governments (local and federal) are starting full shutdowns starting Tuesday. Even interstate travel is being shut down. Many activities I use to keep sanity are being curtailed or changed (drone racing will fairly much stop, walking will require different tracks). Work still continues (I have worked largely from home for years now - however travel will stop for the foreseeable future).
Can already see where this is causing family tension. Not liable to cease anytime soon.
I can foresee a lot of people needing urgent mental help.8 -
NSV - fitbit says that I just earned my "Skydiver badge" related to lifetime total of stairs climbed. What fitbit (or equivalent) badges do you have?
I wonder if there is a "get into orbit" badge if you are at this long enough?[NSV - fitbit says that I just earned my "Skydiver badge" related to lifetime total of stairs climbed. What fitbit (or equivalent) badges do you have?

Thinking YOU might get on with some of those "never seem to get around to it " chores but don't know where to start?
I have 2 things for you:
1.
Now that you have finally gotten "a round tuit" ... there's an app for top to bottom DYI house clearing .... at least, I KNOW there's a website, that PROBABLY also has app / twitter / etc. (I just checked - there are Youtube presentations by the author!)
Unfortunately, it isn't a "point and shoot" app. It's more like a guided checklist. I have owned the cd audiobook at home for a while now.
http://www.throwoutfiftythings.com/
The trick is .... "one thing" means "one category of something" So that stack of more than 36 magazine subscription back issues about a long-abandoned hobby-interest only counts as "one thing"
And "throw out" means "leave your custody / property" You might regift, donate, sell, put in municipal recycle program, whatEVER.
The book is in amazon (both paper and e-book); the workbook to help guide your project is downloadable; it takes you room-by-room through the common spaces in everyone's home.
(copying this to the What's on your mind page, with a followup requesting "Post a snap of any "???????" items you find in that kitchen junk drawer or back of a spare-room closet shelf.)5 -

BTW: I'm in Chicago, but my wife and I have many Canadian friends with whom we spend winter desert time in Phoenix.AZ. With the borders closing there is a mass exodus from Phoenix toward home in Canada. On the other hand, I intend to isolate myself in AZ. I'm going to drive there next week. My wife stays there the entire winter. Looks like I'll finally be a full time snowbird.

I'm sure I wasn't the only one to be relieved to see this post. What would UAC do without our intrepid guiding force?

I just got my London Underground badge for 250 miles, I got my Fitbit last month and am totally into it, I'm walking all the time and don't procrastinate anymore! I do the stair treadmill when I go to the gym and it doesn't log my flights of stairs, it drives me crazy as I keep pushing to beat my previous flights of stairs and am in the 200s and none count!6 -

Had another controlled day over here.

I actually had to adjust fuel up by 100 calories a day this week.
Feeling better already. Gotta listen to the body.
It was an easy working day for me.

If it is all right, I am jumping in late in the month. I was traveling for the first part of the month. I got back a week ago, ended up in the hospital for a non virus related issue and have been sorting things out on the home front and in the workplace. I am finally in a place where I can focus on my overall well-being again.

Yes x3
Did some at-home exercises as well as some decluttering. School is out for a month now instead of a week more so am trying to stretch out the decluttering to keep occupied.
Also changed MFP to not very active due to working at home. Caused some wonky updates on my already closed diary so we'll see how it goes with a fresh start tomorrow as it syncs with my Fitbit.4 -
