Late last month I got bronchitis and I have been sick and/or recovering ever since. Today was the first time back on the treadmill. It felt great! I took it easy but feel really good about it. During this entire time I’ve been staying under my calorie count (except maybe one day) and logged nearly every day too.

I hope everyone is safe and healthy.

NSV - fitbit says that I just earned my "Skydiver badge" related to lifetime total of stairs climbed. What fitbit (or equivalent) badges do you have?

I wonder if there is a "get into orbit" badge if you are at this long enough?[NSV - fitbit says that I just earned my "Skydiver badge" related to lifetime total of stairs climbed. What fitbit (or equivalent) badges do you have?

@BMcC9. Had my fitbit since Christmas. Up to 747 badge (4,000 floors).

    https://www.developgoodhabits.com/fitbit-badge-list/

Space badges for lifetime climbs are Spaceship (14,000), Shooting Star (20,000), Astronaut: (28,000) and Satellite (35,000)

Will have to aim for the 1 day challenge of Rainbow (700 floors). My normal 5km walk is about 100 floors, 7km is 125.

If it is all right, I am jumping in late in the month. I was traveling for the first part of the month. I got back a week ago, ended up in the hospital for a non virus related issue and have been sorting things out on the home front and in the workplace. I am finally in a place where I can focus on my overall well-being again.

Jump all the way in (if nothing else, think of it as "pre-season training for the April Winners Circle" :D
