    Yesterday, many of you posted that you have less than 4 Pass Days and expect to become qualified for the much coveted and seldom achieved UAC Winner’s Circle.

    Challenging walk, but shorter. Had an online drone race to attend (local club - cannot fly at field due to restrictions. So held event via simulator).

    Tired so early bed.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - no outside walk because it was raining today, but plenty of inside exergame walking
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Well under the fitbit exercise extras
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I am grateful for a day of rainy weather - the snow in the backyard is shrinking faster.

    Finally got an on track day.
    First bike ride in six or seven days.
    I been kind of out of it.
    Lost a couple of pounds during the week.
    Hung out with Buddy yesterday.
    Ain't no depression allowed in his company.
    Sometimes he just laughs. Sometimes he laughs excitedly.
    I'll get him to come over again on Tuesday.
    I wonder what happened to my profile picture?

    @am_change I've seen that flower around here but have no idea what it really is (and yes, in a creepy way it does resemble the virus)

    @alligatorob I liked that photo you posted of your walk the other day. I was going to post a similar one since I walk through a remote area too, but discovered my new computer doesn't have a CD player, boo hiss. I'll have to figure something else out.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 300 minutes (!!!!), most of it disinfecting the public areas of my workplace with other employees because of the virus

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walking/dance, cardio videos, yoga, ab and plank challenges, and discovered the amazing world of foam rolling which is like a free massage!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Every herb, spice, and tea bag!

    Passes- haven't needed any yet. I dreamt I wasn't in winner's circle though, I think challenges are getting to me!
