Exercised: Yes (3km in 24 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Short walk before dinner. Dodged the rain.
Slightly better day today. Insomnia is not fun though (only 5 hours sleep). Still emotionally distant.
Wife's eye is continuing to improve. She can administer her own drops now with far less struggle.
Daughter is settling in again and had a better day (working with her on CBT psych techniques to help her cope - needed to modify the techniques so she can apply them to her unique situation).
@juliemouse83. Hope there is good news, and you have my best wishes.

Exercise: Yes. Walked for almost an hour, did DVD aerobics at home. Great video, with a section that's chair-based, some of it with weights, ideal for days when my knee hurts and I cannot dance around. Rosemary Conley is British, which is good for me, as these enthusiastic American voices grate a bit on my ears, sometimes - no offense to all my USA UAC friends!
Calories: Yes, stayed under, but ate into more of my exercise calories than I would have liked. My partner, who has Alzheimer's disease, is still taking a lot of my time, headspace and energy and I sometimes find it very hard to cope with. I compensated today with an extra glass of wine, some olives and several squares of chocolate.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Otherwise, not a bad day. Had my hour on my back balcony in the sunshine, listening to a BBC podcast, knitting, sunbathing; my front terrace is now clean and I can start thinking about replacing dead plants. I hope I can get deliveries.11 -

@craigo3154 thank you for the kind words.🙂
Exercised for 81 minutes, initially easy VR, and cranked it up a notch and may have overdone it a bit, as my temp is up again and the chills are back. Felt great while I was doing it, so I guess I’ll dial it back again tomorrow. 🤷♀️
Did I log everything? Yes.
Did I come in under goal? Yes.
No passes used. Hoping I can continue that trend.
Today is day five of whatever this is. We are looking at 14 days for results, and I tested Thursday, so I am not in the short rows to an answer, yet. I don’t feel awful, but I don’t feel normal, either. A lot of fatigue, so I spent my afternoon reading in the hammock again. 😂
My sister has the Same VR setup as I do, so we are hoping to meet up at noon tomorrow, virtually, to play Sports Scramble tennis. That will be a nice easy play. I’m quickly becoming accustomed to being a lady of leisure. 🥰🙂
Y’all stay safe and healthy! ❤️☀️🌈💐🎋9 -
Logged and Under? yes
Exercise? yes, 15 minute walk and 5 minutes of strength with light hand weights
I managed to sleep through the night, so that was a bonus! Tonight I had lots of calories to use for supper so I had pizza with my son and husband, but only two slices. That is huge for me, because normally I have four slices regardless of calories available or how hungry I actually am!8 -
Exercised? Yes 30 minutes aerobics
Stayed within calorie budget? Yes
Logged and food and water? Yes
Used up one pass day.7 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, well over! New exergame plus pacing around in the (relatively) warm sunshine in the backyard, and eventually a long walk with DH in the late evening (fewer people out-and -about by then,
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - wlth more than 100 to spare
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Turns out I have to adjust my results a tad. When I closed yesterday's diary just now, it says I was 6 cals in the red. Seems that the fitbit estimated me into the green by a smidge (but with too small a margin for error) and I went to bed jest a BIT to early .... so it took some back
SO now:
Days goal met: 3
Pass days used: 1 (un-planned)

Love and respect your honesty... you're an awesome mentor and inspiration!!!4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 30 min workout in the morning and then 9 hours of working in the yard, mostly digging, not sure how to count that, but it was exhausting.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, below my 1,400 calorie budget, but at 1,333 calories it was the highest calorie day I have had in probably 6 months. I drank a dark beer, a 10.4 % alcohol barley wine. Turns out that was 312 calories. I guess once in a while is ok.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
All in all it was a good day, a few more calories, but just a few and I feel fine.8 -
Yes x3. 40 minute walk with the family and 6 hours of cleaning and organizing. I’m exhausted.8
-
Yes x3
Cleaned the house, including scrubbing the floor, then went on an hour walk with my husband and then did some decluttering. Hit 10k steps for the first time since work from home started!
@BMcC9 my Fitbit does that too. If I go to sleep in the green and the next morning it shows up as a few calories in the red, I usually just try to be under by at least that amount the following day. I figure there's no way for me to figure out the math behind being green at 10:30 pm and having it turn red by 12, so I'll just compensate the next day if it changes. But I totally respect your decision!8 -

Not to bad considering it is the weekend. I work overnights on Fridays and Saturdays making it harder to not overeat.6 -
@BMcC9. Everybody needs to decide what truth to follow. All of our gizmos are NOT true. They all run on a bunch of algorithms that give us some guidance but not truth. None of our gizmos know truth within 9 calories or even 109 calories
I absolve you of a Pass Day!

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Felt sad all day, it's hard doing this alone and only talking to other family members a few times a week. Thank goodness I at least have my kittens. I'm doing a lot of working out but don't feel as challenged as I do at the gym without the weights and stair treadmill. Part of the problem is I have to do low impact because of back problems but most of the cardio programs that are low impact are for beginners so I have to add weights to make them worthwhile. I know with everything going on it's not the end of the world, just a bad day mentally.11 -
