I make a habit of reading the prior days posts as many are posted after I've already checked in the first time. It's well worth taking the time to read what each of you post, especially for the NSVs on the 15th. It's a inspiration to me!
Thanks to each of you!

Today was a rest day with an easy 25 minute stroll. Tomorrow, Rose and I will visit a park we have not hiked in before.
Yes x 35 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, paced while on the phone to mom for over 25 minutes, plus walked-while-I-watched a never-before seen (my us) Death in Paradise episode (Season 9 (20202) episode 2)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, despite being rather desk-bound these days
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Totally.

@RangerRickL two precious photos
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked an hour and disinfected my workplace for 2.5 hours (probably more than that) because of the virus. I'm so exhausted I might hole up with my laptop and a thermos of coffee tomorrow and take another pass day -- will see.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

@alligatorob and @dsgoingtodoit Great photos, thanks for posting them here. There's nothing like a bit of earth and sky to remind us of what matters in life.2

Pass Day #2. Felt really down. Barely made 20 minutes walking, gave in to a terrible yen for salami sandwiches and a couple of glasses of white wine, which took me way over budget. I did record most of the food though. Better today, I hope.9

@RangerRickL Thank you for sharing those precious girls with us!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes despite my stinkin internet! It froze up in the middle of my 3 mile Leslie Sansone Fat Burning workout so I popped a an old 3 miles in my VCR (yep, VHS!) and knocked out another 3 mile one and added weights to it. Did as much of my arm routine, plank challenge, and core workout as I could then did 20 minutes yoga on the grass under the oak tree.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep, by 1 calorie! My Fitbit stopped working into my workout too so no idea if my calories burned was right today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? You bet!

If I count mowing the lawn as exercise
I only got 600 sq feet. Here I sit hypothecating on my climb goal numbers.
So here on the 16th I only got 14,000 of climb. So that pans out to 875 per day.
If I get a 2,000 climb on the 17th Then I will only be 1000 off of my goal.
I guess I am obsessed with this.
Obsessions are boring.
I ought to put a picture of something weird.
How about this?
I found a tooth one time when I was out in the mountains in the middle of nowhere.
Musta been last summer.
Think about the odds of that.
Looking down in the dirt and finding a tooth.
But I think it is what you call an incisor "canine."
I am not real sure but I don't think herbivores like horses cows or deer have them.
I think omnivores or carnivores have them.
So I entertain myself speculating what kind of animal it came from.
I hold that tooth up next to my incisor canine and think "yup, somebody bigger than me."
I wonder if a wolf or a big coyote or a cougar or a bear.
Heh, back to my lions , tigers and bears theme.5 -

@oldDogBiking
Mowing the lawn, even a small lawn, is exercise!
That's an interesting tooth, definitely from a large animal: 40.1 mm is 1.57874 inch, per Google. Great idea to show the measurement in the photo. Have you ever thought about emailing the photo to a wildlife expert or a zoo to see if they could identify the animal? Fascinating what we can see when we look down at where we are walking.

Yes Yes Yes. 5 mile walk/run by telephone pole lengths.
On a weight loss plateau, grrrrrr. But it’s all part of the game. Perseverance! Today’s another opportunity to excell. 😼4 -
@oldDogBiking - I love your posts. That are so poetic and your descriptions bring me there with you.
