I've taken 2 passes. I expect to be in the Winner's Circle (unless I eat a whole pie or 10 ice cream sundaes one night ). I'm doing a mindblowing amount of exercise at work because of the pandemic. That makes it impossible for me to blow my calorie budget.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, a 90 minute slow walk in the nearby national park. This was a rest day for me. It was cold and chilly out there, but beautiful. Saw redwinged blackbirds and hawks. The redbud and wild yellow mustard are in bloom.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yep
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? absolutely

OOPS! posted this on the 26th - now it is in the correct day!Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a set of 10 pushups (bent knees AND with hands on a surface 13 inches above flat-floor - but at least I have a benchmark - plus intentional walking for thirty or forty minutes while "accompanying a friend walking her dog" (she was outside somewhere, I was inside and we were talking by cell) plus exergame - more mid-range songs.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, including most (but not quite all) of the exercise calories. I am
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

I ate into my exercise calories and still have 290 calories left, and because I only ate 770 calories yesterday, 970 calories on Saturday, 1294 Friday, etc. out of 1540 daily calories? I was hungry, today, so I ate. 🤷♀️ I could take it as a pass, but I’m not, because it is rare that I ever eat exercise calories, but I busted tail pushing beds with 300+ pound bariatric patients, a good hour or so of that. I logged all the food and drink.
I logged everything and ececised for 118 minutes today.
I WILL make it to the Winner’s Circle, again, this month! 💪💪💪6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 37-minute walk with Ollie and Max

We received a new foster Thursday. He's two years old and was rescued from a breeder. He'll be with us until he's vetted and then up for adoption through Schnauzer Love Rescue. He's so precious.7 -
Yes x 3
I plan to be in the winner's circle 😊4 -
exercise - yes
track - yes
Budget - yesExercise on day
Little Buddy on day
Got the usual climb on the scrabbly road.
Temperature was above 55 so I got to discard some layers.
No more "leggings"
So my pink legs are back out in the sunshine getting me some vitamin D.
Sunshine, not really much sunshine in the canyon, Don't really get sunshine till I am up close to the top of my climb.
Still was ok with my reduced layers.
I am going to have to start back with carrying water.
Don't really have to in the winter. Heh, sometimes it just freezes anyway.
But my April climb goal was 30,000 feet.
So in the three days that remain of this month I need 4,000 feet.
I don't think it is going to happen.
Whatever I end up with will still be alright.
I seen those tracks in the dirt that are like inexplicable scratches. I mentioned those a week or so back. Now I get to looking at them and they kind of correlate with turkey tracks. I mean like a huge turkey. Turkey with a footprint maybe the size of 8 inches. I don't think I am exaggerating. I will get a picture of it if the light is right.
So I think them weird tracks might have something to do with what a turkey is doing.
Weird.
I ought to put a picture of something. Yesterday I said feral. I think I meant to say floral.5 -
Very excited to hopefully make the winner's circle this month! Still at 3 passes with 3 days left!
Today was a second no-wine day in a row and I ended up well under (usually I will eat right up to my cap, but today I was more than 100 under, despite cookies).
I'm trying to use up eggs that are getting old so I made egg salad and attempted to make pita bread.
This photo is my first very failed attempt, following the recipe
So then I made the final two on the stovetop instead and although it didn't become a pita, it tasted pretty good!

Yes, @RangerRickL, I'll be in the Winner's Circle once again this month!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 32 minutes leg strength + 2 mile run outside this morning (that's a killer combo, btw!)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!4 -
My big news of the day is that for the second time during the stay at home phase, my wife, Rose, cut my hair. She is getting more confidence. One of Rose's friends said that she cut her husband's hair too. He said she did a good job but he has been wearing a ball cap since then.
My report:
Exercise: It's hot here so at 6 am, I did a fast 70 minute round trip to the top of a ridge. I cut my time to the summit by 3 minutes.
Tracking: good
Calories: okay margin below limit6 -
Pass
I lost count... I didn't use my tools gave in to increased progesterone but didn't overdo sugar. I didn't want to do the sugar avalanche because too difficult to recover from so kept that choice low.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I couldn't sleep so I got up and did Jenny Ford aerobics, Leslie Sansone with weights, then tried to go back to bed. I normally don't sleep the best but this couple hours total a night lately is awful, I don't know how the rest of you do it! Took a nap and got up and did back and arm weights, Cher's cheesy workout, and AthleanX abs video.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, just noticed my Fitbit gave me 100 more calories, I need to stop brushing my teeth early!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I've only had one pass day, that's why I didn't eat an additional cookie tonight!4 -
No winner's circle for me @RangerRickL

That in itself is a HUGE win for you! Now yo KNOW that increased progesterone doesn't have to equal increased sugar! (because you have already done it !)

Yes, yes, and yes.
And yes I think I will make the winner's circle. No pass days so far.6 -
I was so hungry yesterday! I think it was because I was eating too many "snack" type foods....higher in calories, but they don't satiate for long! I actually had chips in my hand and on the scale, but I knew I wouldn't stop with what little calorie space I had left, so I put them back in the cupboard and went to bed. Made it through the night, and now I am not temped any more! So....
Exercise? Yes, a 30 minute walk. @Hollis100, my knee felt fine, thank you for asking. It is always achy the day after I spend some time standing at work (the floors are concrete).
Logged and Under? Yes, with a little room to spare!
@RangerRickL, I have only used two pass days (Easter Monday and my birthday) and since I passed the "chips temptation test" last night, I fully plan on being in the Winner's Circle!!5
