@readyornot1234 I have been listening to my body and taking lots of rest. The body has been sharpened by eons of years of evolution. It knows exactly what to do if we listen. So I listen to that whiny voice a lot. : )

Well, those chips from yesterday got the better of me....I did eat them. BUT, I had calorie room to do so, barely. Yes, it meant only one slice of pizza for supper, and only 10 calories to spare, but I did indeed come under my goal!
So, logged, under and a 30 minute walk!! Yes x 3 and one extra pass day if I still need it!6 -

I am short of my goal of 1,000 per day of climb average.
But there is a possibility that I will have my best climb month since last April.
I did get the Strava merit badge for climb.
In my world that is kind of cool.5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - WAY up on the cardio walking - between lunch exergame, pacing while on the daily chat with my mom, and an outdoor walk for nearly an hour before supper, racked up 11,527 (practically double the target 6000 lol) steps - and did inclinded push-ups again.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, including eating back exercise calories (as I am trying to stay the same or gain a bit - left 4 fitbit credits in the pot)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
