Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I worked in the yard and tended to our honey bee hives.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I intermittent fasted until about 11ish this morning so that helped me stay within my calories by having a medium sized breakfast and a bigger dinner.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup! I even weighed out the extra shredded cheese I wanted to eat while waiting for the oven to melt the cheese on the chicken parm.8 -
Yes, yes, yes
Weather was really nice today and a beautiful day for outdoor walking. It was even nice enough that my 98 year old mother was able to come out onto her balcony (3rd floor) of her senior living center where she lives a mile from us. Since senior centers are on complete lockdown, it was nice to see her in person and probably more so for her to see us standing below her in the parking lot. Small gifts in this new world.10 -
Saturday, 5/2
Tracking: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, strength full body - 30 min, cleaning out greenhouse - a few hours. It’s not that big but was such a mess. I haven’t planted anything for over 10 years or more. I’m probably a good month behind on starting seeds but I never planned that I’d be home for such an extended period of time instead of on planes 2-4 times a month going here and there for work.

Cleaned the house, did 50 min calisthenics, and went on a walk.
Ended up a couple hundred under on calories as a result.
@lexabeep I usually eat back most or some calories and have found my weight loss pretty close to what mfp predicts. One way to think of it isike the difference between not very active, lightly active, very active etc. The difference is number of steps you get in a usual day, and the calorie goals are adjusted accordingly. So mfp already expects different numbers of steps to give you different calorie allotments. I used to be set as lightly active since I am a 5th grade teacher, but with lockdown orders I changed to not very active as my default, and then I earn exercise calories for getting above 3k steps or so.7 -
Yes, yes and yes.
Did less exercise than usual, but still got in a 25 min workout. Put my boat in the water and was going to try swimming, I jumped in and could not take the cold long enough to call it real exercise. Water was 59 F (15 C), it will warm up. This is my first swim attempt in a year, I am 130 lbs lighter, makes a big difference, I don't float very well now! Picture of my boat in the water.
Tomorrow I am going to see how far up the mountain I can get, my record so far is about 5 miles (8 km) round trip with an elevation gain of about 1,700 ft (535 m). Hope to do better tomorrow. I am pretty happy about my walking, a year ago I did not think I could walk more than a few hundred feet. Losing weight and exercising has made a huge difference. The mountain behind the boat is tomorrow's target.11 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? About 450 minutes -- some walking at different speeds, slow and fast enough to almost lose my breath, and many hours of disinfecting public areas of my workplace because of the virus. Back at work at my Hell Job today. I'm attempting to do walking meditations while I disinfect, but today it was especially hard to stay focused.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, well under

Enjoyed food and family walk today. We celebrated my belated birthday, easter, and nephew's acceptance to LMU with 50% scholarship. I made good choices within calorie budget but enjoyed a taste of dark chocolate. Success tastes sweet today...11 -
