Exercise: yes. Brisk 80 minute walk with a friend, which included walking up/down a steep hill to look at the Mississippi River. Then went on a long motorcycle ride in the countryside. Enjoyed the sunshine and smell of flowers.

Another good day, that's three in a row with three Yes's!
Exercise: Yes, did my full allowed 60 minutes. I found an old MP3 player with the most eclectic songs on it, which I travelled round Asia with, happy memories. Made the walk fun!
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Nice garlicky lunch (I don't see anybody, except at 2 metres distance), omelette and salad for dinner.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything. Didn't get round to doing much in my garden, but my bathroom is now sparkling.
