@oldDogBiking people do that where I live too, stack rocks! I live across the road from a national park that was once an American Civil War battlefield. The land is full of rocks, from huge boulders to small stones. I always find stacks of rocks and wondered if they had some meaning. Totally nuts.
It's not totally nuts if you live in the far north (arctic Canada / Alaska - maybe even the rest of the circumpolar area) It's called an inukshuk . with the land so flat and seemingly barren (not truly barren, but all low-lying plants when not snow-covered) they can be seen from a far distance.
What else are you going to build sign-posts out of up there?

@BMcC9 That's very interesting about the stacks of rocks/inukshuks in the far north. Thanks for sharing.
I live about an hour from Washington, DC, with trees and civilization everywhere. There are a lot of ghost believers and ghost tours here because so many soldiers died in the area in the American Civil War. I always thought the stacks of rocks were some hocus-pocus ritual, or something like that. Your explanation for rock stacks in a different environment makes sense.

Exercise: Yes, 30 minute walk . Feel bad, I could have done more, but am struggling.
Calories: Yes, stayed under, to my surprise. I splurged on cheese, thinking I would have to declare a Pass Day, but as I didn't eat much else, I stayed under budget.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Not an easy day, but I am still here, still logging...4 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. I was home and intended to go for a walk, but it poured rain all day. I fell asleep waiting for a break in the rain. Earlier, I walked around doing errands, but that was minimal exercise.
