Another quick time for my 5km walk. Was pushing hard due to not being able to walk yesterday.
Yesterday was a bad mental day for me. Today was better.
In Victoria COVID restrictions are being eased slightly as of midnight. This will allow my daughter to see her friends in person for the first time in over a month. Looking forward to seeing my parents at the end of this month.
@RangerRickL . 100% agree on the importance of sleep. Just wish my brain would cooperate more often.

Today was not perfect but I met all three goals. Morning run and some shopping. Made bad food choices but logged it all and skipped supper to stay within my budget. Had a headache and housemate was busy so we just watched the Jiu Jitsu class instead of doing the drills ourselves.
Tomorrow is another day so I'll make better choices (of course, I already ate all the treats I bought, so it will be easier to make the right choices.)13 -

294 minutes of exercise, and still not done. 258 of those were painting the rest of the living room (BY MYSELF!), the other 34 were from my oxygen inventory at work. Some areas may need a second coat.
I am really proud of myself, as someone who used to swear by painters tape. I cut everything in with the right brush, zero tape used! Here’s a picture of half of the room, before and after. Pardon the mess.

3x nope and I used my passes, so no winner's circle for me this month, but I've rallied and am back on track! I knew moving month would be crazy, so having this for mmt has helped me not just get sucked up into the busy (my #1 de-railer). Good news is I've still lost weight! So, yay!10

Thanks for the post @RangerRickL Sleep is so important for so many reasons.
I also find it interesting that we lose weight in our sleep, sometimes up to two pounds a night.

Tomorrow I start back to the gym, it has reopened with lots of rules, including a 10 ft (3 m) minimum distance between people. I will see how things look, hope its safe.7 -

Harvested lavender buds and rosemary and dehydrated, the house smells kind of funky between that, hard-boiling eggs in the Instant Pot, and my stir fry. It's actually making me less hungry and I usually want to munch at night!7 -
