another pass day is used actually I don't go too much of my calorie limit, mostly 200-500 more but rule is rule.

Exercise? Yes, a 44 minute walk this time! I was only going to walk a little farther and then turn around, but when I got to the corner, I noticed people on both sidewalks, so I chose to keep going and pass the people I hadn't already, and that took me farther into the subdivision.
