The UAC is a long-term program with monthly signups. During each month, an incentive goal is to qualify for the coveted Winner's Circle. To achieve that recognition, you may have up to 3 Pass Days. If you go OVER 3 Pass Days, then you do not qualify for the Winner's Circle for that month.
But,
No one is ever kicked off the team for having more than 3 Pass Days.
The real reason for the UAC Team is to develop long-term healthy habits.

Yes x3. Hoping tomorrow to return to the workout routine now that I’ve taken sometime off from it. The walking has been good but it just isn’t enough.

Hear, hear! The life-time lifestyle reset is what this is TRULY all about. Life might happen to get in the way from time to time, but learning to mitigate and work around so that MOST of life is healthy default-choice habits is where we are trying to arrive at (or maintain)7 -

Your walk is faster than my run currently 🤣🤣🤣 I'll get my pace back, but I'm only allowed to run within 5km of home so it is always hills 🙈🙈🙈7 -
Relatively lazy day today with run to start the day and Jiu Jitsu in the evening, followed by a killer 10 minute yoga video! The rest of the day was spent watching series, but it's an off day so I can do that. Food choices were reasonable and within limit.
Still no pass days used for this month which I'm really impressed with myself for.12 -

Ate comfort food today. Today is my sons death date.
Didnt really exercise. I cant take my long walks yet. I'm in a boot. I am having to carry my 30 pup everywhere she wants to go. Having spinal issues right now.
Did log.12 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 4 mile walk today and a 15ish minute body weight workout. I feel like 4 miles is the sweet spot distance wise for me. It’s enough to feel like a good walk but doesn’t exhaust me either. It lets me have energy to stand while I work at home instead of sitting.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!7 -

I have 3 non-negotiable rules when it comes to a good night's sleep which works for me.
Deal with your worries before bedtime.
Do not go to bed hungry and angry.
Sleep only as much as needed to feel rested then get out of bed.
Yes x 3
2 Passes left.
Have a great day tomorrow all!

The initial post by our leader, Ranger Rick, is very true and insightful. I started in the UAC last August but had several months in the middle without making the winner's circle. But it still kept me on track and helped me develop good habits that I know will stay with me!
If you're struggling right now, especially in the midst of quarantine, please stay with it. The group is supportive, whatever your pass-number status is, and we will be here to help you as you develop habits of tracking, logging, exercising, and checking in with the team!9 -

With how hard I’ve been working I have noticed I am starting to lose muscle. So I’ve started eating at just below maintenance. My body needs the calories. I have been lifting weights to build up muscle. I’m being careful in my efforts to lose fat and not muscle. At my age building and retaining muscle is huge. I plan on eating just below maintenance for a bit. My TDEE is between 1700 - 2400 (work days the higher amount). So depending on the day I’m trying to eat between 1500-2200 calories. My weight is staying the same so it seems to be working.

another pass day is used actually I don't go too much of my calorie limit, mostly 200-500 more but rule is rule.
